Returns Policy
We make every effort to provide you with only the best quality artificial products available. We understand that in certain circumstances there may be a requirement to return your product.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Process for returning your products
A) If you are not satisfied or no longer require the artificial plants you have purchased, please follow the instructions below:
We only accept returned items in perfect, unused condition in the original packaging.
1. Email us at info@realartificial.co.uk to request a return.
2. If your return request is approved, you will receive a returns request confirmation email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
3. Re-package the product correctly and securely in its original packaging.
4. Arrange to return the product(s) through your chosen courier. We suggest the following courier comparison website www.parcel2go.com.
5. You accept responsibility for the product(s) during its return transit.
6. Upon receipt, your returned product(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in perfect, unused condition.
7. Subject to 6. above, we aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s).
B) In the unlikely event that the product(s) arrive damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product(s), contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and put the situation right. In the event that you choose to return the product(s) in question:
We only accept returned damaged items in an unused condition, in the original packaging.
1. Email us at info@realartificial.co.uk to request a return.
2. Upon our confirmation of your damaged product(s), you will receive a returns request confirmation email together with a pre-paid returns label. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
3. Re-package the product correctly and securely in its original packaging. Remove the original shipping label. Attach the pre-paid returns label securely.
4. Upon our receipt, your returned product(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in an unused condition.
5. Subject to point 4. above, we aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
